Florida Marsh House is located on the beautiful Treasure Coast near Vero Beach, Sebastian. It sits on 5 natural acres of "Old Florida" near the marsh, river and beaches. This beautiful modern rustic house is the place to come out into the country, especially if you are looking to relax, unplug and get away from it all.
Rooms
2 Bedrooms - Each bedroom has a new plush king size bed and are both off of the living area. The bathroom is on the other side of the house with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Linens provided, Towels provided, WiFi, Full kitchen, coffee maker, Fire Pit, Smart TV, Designated parking etc.
Cleaning Practices
Guest house and high touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant, Minimum 1-Day vacancy between guests, Remote Check in/out, Towels and bedding washed in hot water 140 degrees or above, follows CDC and WHO guidelines
Rates
Rates vary depending on dates. Please submit “Make a Reservation” request for date availability and rate. $150 Cleaning fee, $100 Pet fee, $100 Additional Guest fee
